Party Makeups
Ignite your inner self with our exquisite party makeup services. Whether it's a glamorous soirée or a social gathering, our talented team will craft a mesmerising look that captures attention and leaves a lasting impression.
1. There is no refund (no matter what) for the advance paid against the dates. In case of any cancellations from the client’s end.
2. Any event in which a bride is present such as Ceremony, Reception, Engagement party, Mehendi, Civil Wedding, etc. is considered a bridal event, but brides may choose which package better suits their needs. All bridal packages include hairstyling, make-up HD/airbrush, draping, eyelashes and nail paint application.
3. Due to covid, we have experienced circumstances mentioned below:
→ We are open to adjustments of date postponements and pre-ponements in any case.
In case we are unavailable for revised dates, we would forfeit 30% of the advance amount and refund the later.
→ If due to covid, the number functions or makeups lessen, we do not adjust entire amounts to revised, then required makeups. Certain cancellation amount (50%) will have to be borne by the client.
→ We do not cancel bookings in case of city changes/date changes, worst come worst if we do, WE WOULD REFUND THE ENTIRE ADVANCE AMOUNT received against the booking.
4. We do not allow anyone apart from Bride, (in case of no side makeups) to cause less chaos and crowd due to covid. This includes any pets.
5. Temperature check would be done, sanitisation would be taken well care of. Disposable products and no direct application or touch of any product to client’s skin will be take Care of.
6. Damages, theft or contamination to Makeup Artists property caused by any person, (including children), require on the spot compensation of equipment plus shipping costs of that equipment. This applies to damaged or contaminated items. As children cannot compensate, their responsible adult, (or The Client), will be held responsible for on the spot compensation.
7. Please carry everything instructed for end moment hassle-free getting ready experience.
8. Please clear the balance amount before the makeup begins for the first function.
9. If your venue location changes due to unforeseen reasons, local to outstation booking will be 50% extra.
10. Usage of Phone, Drinking, Smoking strictly not allowed during the makeup.
11. The Artist shall not be liable for any delay or non-performance due to circumstances beyond the Artist’s control.
– SERVICES & LOGISTICS
1. Pooja Khattar conducts her makeup assignment at client’s venue.
2. Pooja Khattar travels with her team comprising an assistant, drape artist and hair stylist
3. Quoted prices include makeup, hair styling, lenses, eyelashes and draping
4. Any hair accessories or fresh flowers required need to be arranged by the client
5. Nail painting, styling, spa and related services are not included in the quoted price
6. A professional work environment is a must. Client is requested to provide enough space for the team to carry out their tasks appropriately. No one except the client and team are advised in the green room
– LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT
1. All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitised between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application.
2. The client shall inform the makeup artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. If the client has an allergic reaction, the makeup artist cannot be held responsible.
3. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions
– DURATION
1. Time management is of the essence therefore adherence to booking times is critical in ensuring that Makeup Artist delivers the service you expect and will be strictly adhered to. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, the onus is on the bride/client to advise pooja khattar as soon as practical. Makeup Artist is not responsible if desired completion time is not met due to client/group/wedding party delays.
2. A start and end time will be agreed by CLIENT and Pooja Khattar Makeups. Each makeup requires a certain length of time to be finished, the usual time frame is approximately 1 Hour to 1:30 hour(for makeup by the artist, hair is separate) per person. When reserving your date, book accordingly.
3. Makeup will be completed to client’s satisfaction, but is not to exceed allotted makeup time. Ample time is given for each makeup upon booking.
4. You need to reach the venue (room) 4 hours prior and adhere to your slot timings.
5. Waiting charges begin from 10% of total bill for every 30 mins delay from said time.
6. For bookings where Make-up artist will be for longer than 4 hours, a light snack for the team would be appreciated.
7. The time slot provided at the time of booking confirmation cannot be changed at a later stage. Adherence to slot provided is paramount.
8. All business commitments are subject to Force Majeur clause stating that the service deliverance party is allowed to terminate or suspend the contract in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control arising, making performance inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible
– FOR BOOKINGS OUTSIDE DELHI/ NCR/ INDIA
1. Pooja Khattar’s commitment to beauty knows no bounds and she has developed her expertise flexible enough to take up assignments globally. Following are the terms and conditions that imply in addition to the list above.
2. Pooja travels with her team for all assignments, local as well as global. Travel and accommodation arrangements to be made by the client for Pooja and her team.
3. Pooja is open to sharing her room accommodation with her assistant in line with the same thought. Clients are requested to provide comfortable accommodation in any 3-star or above establishments with all 3 meals to be provided in-room on ala carte basis for two people.
4. Decent accommodation to be provided to the hair stylist and drape artist along with all 3 meals provided in-room/buffet.
5. Flight arrangements to be made for all airport operational cities within or outside India.
6. Airport pick-up and transfers to be made by the client upon team’s arrival.
7. For non-airport cities/venues, cab charges to be reimbursed upon arrival for all nearby destinations for makeup assignments.
– IMPORTANT
1. The makeup artist reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members of the party for, but not limited to, abusive and threatening behaviour.
2. Pooja Khattar Makeups reserves the right to terminate this contract for any non-compliance of terms, contract will become void and all monies given are non-refundable.
– PHOTOGRAPHY
1. Makeup artist and her team has the right to capture pictures and videos of the work done, for which they need 30 mins, which will not be denied by the client or family under any circumstances.
2. The Artist may use on its website and/or in any advertising media is deems appropriate that is capture by the Artist and team. The Client also agrees to release the name and contact information of professional photographers and/or videographers used for recording any event for which the Artist has been contracted to provide services for.
3. Please note that we are not responsible for providing pictures that we take.
4. Photographers are strictly prohibited to enter the Green Room.
